Hershel Abram grew up as a preacher’s kid in a strict Christian home which didn’t afford him the luxury of listening to the radio until he was well into his high school years. As he grew being a church musician, he harnessed his abilities and developed his own sound when he first stepped on the scene formally known as Soul Messenger. Hershel Abram made waves in the popular music community garnering the attention from Jive Records but in the end he found himself continuing to search for the right home that fit his vision. And that’s when Hershel Abram decided to take his entrepreneur skills into his own hands by controlling his masters and starting Ultimate Achiever in 2005; releasing his music independently selling thousands of records.
